As part of the 2018 Practitioners Gathering, Confluence Philanthropy’s Wednesday night Gala celebration at YBCA will focus on investing in the arts as a powerful force for disruption. The evening will feature a panel discussion of artists, cultural agitators, place-makers and investors focused on art as a catalyst for transforming community. We will discuss opportunities to invest in artists who are giving voice to historically marginalized people and revitalizing communities impacted by displacement and gentrification.

In addition to the panel discussion, the event will include food, drinks, and feature live entertainment and a sustainable fashion contest. Prizes from leading sustainable fashion brands will be awarded.
